I have been able to cash out rewards a couple of times with Inbox Dollars and it has been super easy and quick. Sometimes you have to wait for your payments to process, but they make sure you know ahead of time and at the very least acknowledge that you have completed your task, which is more than I can say for many other rewards programs.
