Can i delete .idx

IDX files I use the database program called Microsoft FoxPro a lot, and the table index files have a filename of name. There is also a corresponding name. Do you happen to have the corresponding name. I would think that unless you are running some sort of database phone list, DVD list, etc out of another program, it should be safe to delete those files.
