Why realm down

I'll go play something else for an hour or two. And now I've come back it's still realm down. Gaza Diabloii. Most common cause is when you do MF, and you make like 5 games in 10 minutes, it will then cause a realm down. Switching characters wont cause a realm down, unless you are switching characters and making different games if u join the same game you shouldnt get a realm down.
