White papers from our partners VMware U. The company is also on track to be one of the main players in delivering 5G coverage to the UK. Is Vodafone that bad? Despite the poor overall ranking, Vodafone came third in Which?

Bringing people together since There were plenty of reactions to the new brand name and logo on social media as well, with many coming up with memes:. You played an important role in this matchmaking. But the new VI ad is just too annoying ad aate hi channel change vodafoneidea vi viad pic. Looks like VJohn shaving cream pic.

Targets are achievable and it really isn't that hard to do well as long as you are willing to try. Was this review helpful? Yes No. Report Share. Has gone down hill dramatically Having worked for the company for over 16yrs, sadly the company has taken a dramatic slide into the realm of not being a career anymore and frankly being untenable!

Most stores are now Partner Agent owned, which means you aren't actually a Vodafone employees and in my recent experience, it seems the person with the silverest tongus and biggest wallet is granted ownership of a store, without having to actually demonstrate they have a clue! Please, if someone with any say reads this from my current although this may not be for much longer company, please please please redress your stance on partner owned stores, especially in the larger stores as its destroying the company ethic!

Also, systems are a blooming nightmare regularly! And of late, the so called support spend more time basically saying , sort it yourself! I used to be proud and enjoy my time at work, sadly not the case of late! Pros Decent basic for a retail environment. Cons Unstable systems, unfair focus on new custom rather than retention, difficult to progress in retail now due to stores being owned by different companies.

Yes There are 1 helpful reviews 1 No. Do not apply!! If i could give no stars, i would! Toxic environment, management do not care about you or your mental health at all. The bonus is described as "draconian" and is difficult to get and they are quick to take it away. The are constantly understaffed, and push the good staff they have to leave. The basic pay is ubderpaid for the work you do and the job they advertise is nothing like the job you do. It's a hard faced call centre. Dedicated customers pay for a dedicated staff but get staff working multiple customers and you also have to take calls which is not advertised in the roles.

Its a very "snake" environment. Pros None. Cons No duty of care for staff. Interviewed for the job I applied for them after 6 weeks of training on broadband put into a hard core call centre that hardly any of the six week training covered. Awful company. Turnover is so high out of 24 only 4 left. All left hated the job so much. A couple of people developed anxiety. Cons Everything awful call centre. Turnover rate is high due to being underpaid and no commission.

Salary advertised not true. No training. Just get thrown into it and shadow colleagues. Awful slow system. Impossible to get bonus due to the rules set in place. Understaffed everyday leading the insane staff stress.

Staff forced to work in other franchise stores accross the city. Mentally exhausting. Worst job I've ever had, I don't have anything good to say about this place other than the pay. Their system is the worst. Pros Pay. Cons Bad systems, unrealistic targets, lies about bonus. Rate your recent company Share your experience to help others. For the specialist skills required and the hours I had to do I was severely underpaid, and my manager actually wanted to pay me less than HR would permit.

Pros great discounts for your phone, wider company comes across nicely, campus site at Newbury is amazing, flexible working is good depending on your managers. Cons long hours, JFDI attitude, toxic culture, office politics, lack of support.

The company doesn't understand nor cares about customer service. I've seen so many complaints pilling up. All ignored. We were voted worst mobile network for 9 year straight. How can we be this awful. Worker might okay to work with, though some refuse to wear a mask and no one has the ball to ethic.
